We are not liable for any customs fees, import duties, or similar charges applied by customs authorities on international orders. You are responsible for paying these charges if they apply.

Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return a product, please notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. You must return products in their original condition with tags still attached. We will refund the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if such a product arrives damaged, defective, or not matching its description, please contact us so that we may address the issue fairly.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement product or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process once products are received. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if products are not in their original condition upon receipt. Used, worn, washed, damaged, or missing part products are typically ineligible for return.
